Product Description

Cleverly designed for concrete double plain tiles - Marley Ashmore, Redland DuoPlain and Forticrete Gemini. Can be used at a minimum pitch of 22½° independently tested by the BRE and available in four colours Grey, Brown, Red and Terracotta. The built-in downpipe allows direct ventilation path into the roof space if required under BS5250. Airflow for the Vent is 7,500mm² (space at eaves 0.75m intervals for 10,000mm² and at ridge 1.5m intervals for 5,000mm²). It can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems. No adaptor is required.
