Get ready for some exciting updates to the VELUX product portfolio in 2023! With launches starting in March and continuing throughout the year, there's plenty to look forward to. Here's a rundown of what's in store:
VELUX PRO+ Flashings Simplified (Starting March 2023)
VELUX is simplifying their flashings and installation accessories with the introduction of the PRO+ flashing kit. The kit will become the new standard within the VELUX roof window range, including the flashing (ED), underfelt collar (BFX), and insulation collar (BDX). This update will help to increase thermal performance, watertightness, and installation quality, ensuring that VELUX roof windows reach their full potential in every household across the country.
VELUX 2-in-1 Roof Window (Starting March 2023)
Double the daylight with the VELUX 2-in-1 roof window! This innovative design includes one open window and one fixed roof window, making it the perfect choice for those looking to add maximum daylight and fresh air to their home. Available in a variety of models and sizes, the 2-in-1 is best suited for small to medium rooms and can be combined for larger rooms. The slim profile and modern design, complete with a white painted internal finish and anthracite grey aluminium external finish, add extra daylight to your home. The 2-in-1 is available in manual or solar operation and comes fully equipped with VELUX 70, laminated inner pane or standard double glazing, or VELUX laminated inner pane sixty-six, triple glazing.
VELUX New Generation Conservation Roof Window (Starting March 2023)
VELUX is launching a new conservation/heritage roof window, featuring a modernized, slimmer design to its predecessor. The window has a flatter, glass-to-glass design to fit into the new modern market, while still serving its purpose of suiting heritage building regulations in certain areas.
VELUX Flat Roof Windows (Starting September 2023)
Following the success of the new (bigger) flat roof window sizes introduced in 2022, VELUX is adding even more options to the range in 2023. The three new sizes - 150cm x 80cm, 150cm x 120cm, and 200cm x 60cm - take the VELUX flat roof window range from 10 sizes to 13 sizes, making it easier to find a standard size and cutting bespoke industry costs. The windows will be available in fixed, electric, or solar operation, and in curved or flat glass.
